Scholarship Applications

Thank you for your interest in obtaining a Scholarship Application. The 2018 Scholarship Application period is now open.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

Applicant Instructions
Please review carefully and direct all questions to scholarship@roswellwomansclub.org.

If you desire to complete the application with a mobile device, please utilize the Adobe Reader app available through iTunes and Play Store.

All scholarship applications and supporting documentation (official transcript and teacher recommendation) will be submitted electronically.

The application contains three main sections. Only one copy of each section will need to be submitted. The forms are in a PDF format that allows for the documents to be downloaded and completed similarly to a word document and at the applicant/teacher's leisure.

IMPORTANT!!!

The documents must be downloaded and saved before completion. If this step is eliminated and the forms are completed before downloading/saving, the forms will appear to be blank when returned. These instructions apply whether you are using a PC or a MAC. Do not attempt to use Google Chrome or any other format other than Adobe PDF. The same instructions apply to the Teacher Recommendation. Please note that photos of the application/teacher recommendation forms will not be accepted.

UPON COMPLETION OF THE APPLICATIONS AND THE TEACHER'S RECOMMENDATION, IT IS IMPORTANT TO PRINT AND CONFIRM THAT ALL TEXT IS VIEWABLE BEFORE SUBMITTING.

Scholarship recipients will be notified before April 14, 2018. Please note that in most cases the scholarship check will be made out to the institution the recipient is planning to attend, not to the recipient.

Letter to Counselors

The Roswell Woman’s Club continues its long time support of education in the community.  In 2017, the Roswell Woman’s Club distributed scholarships and educational grants benefiting students in our community. Scholarships were awarded to nineteen graduating high school seniors to help further their education. The awards were based on financial need, outstanding academic records and community service.
