Ticketholder understands and agrees it enters the showcase home premises AT ITS OWN RISK and waives and agrees to release Roswell Woman’s Club from liability arising from any accident, injury, or other loss arising from entering the premises whether such accidents, injuries, or losses are based on negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty, contract or otherwise.
